ADMISSION ASSOCIATE
Full-Time Position Available Starting July 1, 2024

Christchurch School seeks an Admission Associate to join our fast-paced Admission team. The position is currently open and can begin as soon as July 1, 2024. The Admission Associate reports to the Director of Admission. The primary focus of the Admission Associate is to support enrollment efforts of the school.

The position also provides the opportunity for involvement in other areas of the school, such as coaching and residential life. Experience or willingness to coach soccer and/or sailing is preferred, but not required.

A background in recruiting, sales and/or admission is strongly preferred. The Admission Associate will develop and execute recruiting plans, travel domestically or internationally as needed, and engage prospective families through all phases of the admission process. The ideal candidate will be innovative and capable of pursuing leads as well as creating new leads.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher. 
  2. 3-5 years’ direct experience or in a related field (sales included).  
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  4. Excellent organizational, copywriting, and editing skills.
  5. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  6. Able to multi-task and balance long and short-term initiatives.
  7. Able to work alone and/or with others, while staying ahead of trends and best practices for all platforms.
  8. Able to travel occasionally and work outside of regular business hours – flexibility and adaptability are essential skills for success in this role.
